I tried it, dslreports.
First time, I got 163 Mbps down with Buffer Bloat of “F”. Appears to grade from A to F.
Then I noticed that my VPN wa running.
Second time with the VPN off, I get 223 Mbps with Buffer Bloat rating as “F”.
So, I have Buffer Bloat.
What that means , I don’t know other than your statement of it being bad.
I have no problems with my ISP or FS2020.
