My throttle quadrant uses a pro-micro and I’ve had a problem with it ever since I completed the build. If I leave the unit plugged into my computer, it will not let the computer shut off because I have “wake by USB” enabled in the BIOS. I use this feature because it’s very convenient for me. Also it will not let the computer boot and it will freeze at post if it’s plugged in, but as soon as I unplug it the computer resumes loading like normal. The first instinctual and obvious answer is unplug when you’re done and replug it when you want to use it and I’ve been doing that for a while but it’s getting old. Is there a way I can implement some sort of on/off switch on the back of the enclosure that will disable the USB going into pro micro? Is there perhaps a software/programming solution to this?
