… ( my i8700K have factory values : Base 3,7 , Turbo 4,7 ). Thus , you use 100Mhz overcloacking 
I use overcloacking in the way that I “sync all cores”… thus all my cores can run in turbo mode at 4,7 ( which is normaly not the case ). If you want do same, you should not overcloack the frequency or it can fail again.
