I have had AP for quite some time now.
I noticed yesterday that they use Game Booster when I unstalled the performance feature.
Well I got rid of it and I sware the sim runs better. Smooth as glass now.
Used to use Avira a couple of years ago but found it very resource intensive and, generally, very intrusive. It seems the app was always trying to sell you something else on top of the ‘premium’ plan. Shame, Avira was very good years back.
I’ve been using it for years and years and it’s not at all intrusive nor resource intensive.
CPU usage is only around .1% off and on, and the On-Demand scan uses about 8.5%.
I cannot tell at all that it is running. It’s a very nice product now.
