See if I got this right:
My monitor’s default ref rate is 144. Thus, capping FPS at 24 is mimicking 1/6 vsync of 144. Then using X3, it will aims 72 FPS which is exactly 50% vsync. Is this an acceptable practice?
This is because my monitor keeps on reverting to 144 everytime I set 60Hz.
