Windows desktop is where I set monitor refresh rate and desktop resolution, and in sim graphics settings are where I set VSYNC settings. Complicating matters further my TV is also NVidia GSYNC compatible so I’m not sure of the implications of that whether GSYNC is automatically being used as default or not with the NVidia card or whether it matters.
