Have you restarted the sim, and turned off and on online functionality?

ATC is working fine for me.

All coincided with the Mits. MU-2 install. Perhaps a coincidence but happened same time and is only working one way now…my end, with no verbal tower reply.

Seem to be all good now with all aircraft but had to remove Mitsubishi MU-2.

Same here - the MU-2 seemed to brake it for me, too, when I installed it yesterday. Had to remove it.
Didn’t investigate furhter, though - today it was broken for other aircraft, too, but recovered two hours ago.
