Did not use MSFS for a time… As there was an avionics update, is it now possible with the default GPS units like the GNS 430 and 530 or the 750 to load a flightplan from inside the virtual cockpit?

Do you mean importing a flight plan from outside the sim, like from Simbrief or a .pln file? If that’s the case then no, that’s not possible after to load into your flight, though you can import a .pln file in the World Map. On the A310 you can import from Simbrief but I think that’s the only stock plane you can do it on after you load a flight.
