Same issue here in Western North America. With only an occassional exception I can only get past the loading screen after midnight. At that point the sim seems to work well with the exception of the many other known bugs. The CTD happens anywhere from before the Start Button appears to the screen to setup a flight. If I do make it to the flight setup screen, trying to change the time will almost certainly trigger a CTD (except sometime after midnight). This sim is keeping me up late.
Seems disingenuous to say the server issues are 99.999 percent resolve. No way.
