Is it not possible to create a VR180 video?

I’m confused. I see a lot of MSFS videos on youtube that say “MSFS VR180”, but they aren’t really VR180 videos, rather they are VR~90-100 videos, meaning they only show about 90-100 degrees of the field of view (and, also they all track the original persons head around, which is very nauseating).

There are some terrific real life VR180 cockpit videos out there, but nothing from a flight sim.
Is there no way to create a fixed camera position VR180 video using a flight sim (MSFS or any other) ?
