Is it too late to sign up for VR beta testing? I will not receive my PC parts until the end of November. 
It looks like registrations are currently still being accepted, but I don’t know for how long and you will need to submit a dxdiag report, so you’ll need your PC up and running.
Don’t worry, it will still be in beta form when it gets rolled out to everyone so you’ll still get to feel like a beta tester
