Hey Guys- Update here I decided to buy go for 7900X the deal was too good to pass out $450 for CPU and 32 RAM and I am glad I did, In NYC I am getting 60 to 90 FPS whereas I was getting 35 to 50 FPS. I don’t know if the CPU or the RAM lifted this boost of performance. According to Tech deal @8:42 Don't Buy a PC Until You Watch This - i5-13600K Gaming PC — Parts Selection Deep Dive — Part 2 - YouTube DDR5 makes 4090 runs much better.
