Is my config Ok to get into VR?

Hi there,
I have a Ryzen 5 3600, an RTX 2060 and 32GB RAM.
Can I buy a VR headset and have a descent experience with my config?

I’ve an i5-9600k, an RTX2060S and 16GB and an Oculus Rift CV1, which I understand to be less demanding(?). I can sometimes have a good experience but I only fly ‘steam gauge’ planes, and generally only over countryside, but I do tend to go back to my monitor (but that maybe just the way my head/eyes prefer - the only game I can play for an extended period was Half-Life:Alyx).
FYI I tried a test over LA yesterday and it chugged badly. Looking forward to some modest improvements when they start improving the game engine to better my VR. Meantime I can run my 1080 monitor at much higher settings.

Wait until the big sim update on Tuesday, your results might be quite different / better so not much point wasting time chasing your tail for 4 days
