I’m not at my gaming computer at the moment to check the exact details, but the Hotas One has a setting to control this in the Thrustmaster control panel. It’s something to do with the number of axes - you need to select the higher number so that these axes are treated separately. Of course this has to be done on a PC - it’s not clear from your post whether or not you’re using the H One on an XBOX.
