As reported above problem was solved by using a different access point.
Closing down modem and router for several minutes did not help. My IP address did not change.
Neither did going to Windows CMD DOS box and typing ipconfig /release at the Command Prompt window, pressing Enter, to try to release the current IP configuration. Then Typing ipconfig /renew at the Command Prompt window, waiting for a while, the DHCP server sometimes assigns a new IP address for your computer. But I still had the same IP address after doing that.
So I just went and got the YAK update from another computer using another wifi system.
Problem solved.
I have no problem with emails or purchases except on Nemeth’s server.
Doing ipconfig release/ renew will not change the public IP address and this is what causes the problem. Devices inside your wireless network all have private addresses and these don’t matter on the internet. I would try switching your router off when you are perhaps leaving the house for a few hours, then when you return, switch it back on and hopefully you will have a new public address.
Then Nemeth is blocking your IP address…( on Purpose, or by some unintentional automatic process) –
But really, blocking a Customer’s IP address – that’s not good for Business or PR …
Tha’ts an AVSIM "dirty trick " - they call it a BAN !! (which is so lame !! )
Could have been worse, they could have redirect your specific IP to a different website !!!
This is absolutely nonsense and shows no understanding of how the internet works.
If they wanted to block the OP specifically they would have just blocked his account. As it is, he can log in from another public IP address. The public IP address that his ISP has assigned is on a public blacklist. Not necessarily because of anything he has done. When he gets a different public IP address on his router, he’ll be fine. If his ISP are any good, they will periodically “clean” this address from the blacklists anyway.
Hmmm… I remember Nemeth from FSX but I can´t remember special looking high-fidelity visuals like for example Carenado or PMDG had in the old FSX days.
So let´s wait what kind of quality Nemeth will develop for FS20.

After the last update i lost throttle control on my thrustmaster hotas to some of my purchased aircraft. foxtrotindiatecho did an update the very next week which sorted the MB339, azurpoly have an updated coming for BD-5j after promptly answering a sent email. but Nemeth , which i have there aerolite and yak no reply to email or indication of any fix or update. so they are off my list for the future
