Since the final release of SU4, I’ve been experiencing significant performance issues whenever I look in a different direction. The stuttering occurs both when moving the camera and when maneuvering the aircraft itself.
I’m trying to determine whether this is an issue specific to my system or if others are encountering similar problems. I’ve already experimented with different terrain pre-caching settings, but there’s no noticeable difference between ultra and low. This makes me wonder whether the setting might not be functioning correctly, though I’m open to any suggestions.
Please note that the recorded footage was captured in VR however, the same issue also occurs in 2D mode. After the turn, my FPS quickly recover to ~40 FPS.
System: 5800X3D, RTX5080, 32GB RAM
