Then it’s not a replay. A replay would be taking the game world back to the time the flight was captured.
The third party software essentially adds a current flight that follows the previous flight path. The weather, other planes etc at the time of the flight aren’t recorded. Creating a new ATC record isn’t helpful for other simmers either. Having the plane “fly” but not react to other live flights is a recipe for disaster.
