Is there a trick to get live weather to load on PC

Hey yall, I noticed sometimes the world globe shows clounds and precipitation, However, 95% of the time when going to the set up page for your flight - the live weather is no longer working. I have tried to start in clear skies they changing it to live weather and all I get is pop corn clouds and a 29.92 iso.

Any thoughts (all Mods have been removed - using base MSFS platform)

Have you checked your Data settings, make sure the online functionality is on?
