When i first started to fly the plane it kept accelerating and there was no way to slow it down, it also kept locking up to where i could not control the plane at all and it would just fly into the ground, the plane is unflyable at its current state. Then when i had a look inside the cockpit different switches were labeled incorrectly from there actual function for example the taxi light switch was labeled autopilot low mode. Also when i tried to start the plane up it would just not crank i listened to a total of 8 different tutorials on how to start the plane and i followed them very closely and i followed the in game checklist on how to start the plane and it still would not start i guess it is a bug for Xbox. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and restarted my console, even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the game but still no progress. I am not on the sim update 10 beta and still am on the base game. I would like to have a refund because this plane cost $40 and has bugs everywhere and is simply not flyable.
Does anyone know of a way i can get a refund through the microsoft marketplace

You can go to Zendesk, click “Submit a Request”, select “I would like a Refund” and complete the form that follows.

Trust me, they will. Well, I mean I am 99.99% sure they will.

Is there a fine-print for the “two refund limit?” If so, where could I find it?

Not that I know of. Guidelines are that there are no refunds on DLC and submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a refund.
However, as there have been issues (bugs) associated with DLC, they have honored the refund; up to 2 a year.

Of course, applying to the developers for product support or advice would have been out of the question, I suppose?
Perhaps it’s an Xbox or an Xbox user thing, as it starts perfectly well if you follow the checklist on a PC.
If you also use the Lock tooltip and description, the correct switches are lit up one by one and they all do exactly as described.
I have seen other complaints about not being able to make use of the many features of this outstanding aircraft model and they were all because the user either would not read the manual or was unable to implement simple instructions.
I suspect that the manual might not be accessible to an Xbox user, as it is a pdf file.
For the record, I have nothing at all to do with the developers but I cannot but admire the makers of such a good model of an iconic aircraft and I hate to see it criticised because the user cannot make it work.
It is such a shame that you have missed the chance to enjoy this superb aircraft model.
