Can i load a fly in menu with A310 or i need to put route mannually in FMC ?
I believe the two options are either Simbrief import, or enter manually in FMC.
But i cant see the option of simbrief
I don’t have the manual handy, but all of the Simbrief instructions are pretty well documented. Even XBox’ers are able to use it which is great.

You don’t need to do anything in Simbrief other than have an active flightplan.
Hit menu on the FMC, hit ACARS, enter your Simbrief account alias, and press the Simbrief button. Bob’s your uncle!

Another way is with the .fpl iniBuilds file format and putting the flight plan in the flight plan folder of that aircraft. Some tools like the iniManager* or SimToolkitPro can export to this file format.
Using these files, allows you to create flight plans in other 3rd party flight planners and have a route conveniently loaded in the FMS, as another option. This can be combined with SimBrief.
