As already mentioned it seems to pretty much be a one man operation that out sources stuff like FM and sound to other specialised developers. It is not a large company with multiple full time devs and a large team of support staff.
Small teams produce amazing products that you simply will not see from the big companies run by accountants but you do need patience dealing with issues.
