Is there any word from Asobo about future updates (dev communication and patches)?

Obviously there’s a lot to be fixed in MSFS. I’m just wondering if Asobo has talked about how they are going to address these issues and what kinds of communications we can expect from them in the future.

Something like their previous updates on Thursdays during the alpha

Here is a quick statement from last weeks development update:

EXPERIENCING TURBULENCE?

The team is currently working hard to provide a patch update to address issues that have been recently reported. Expect a release date for the patch in our August 27th update.

In the meantime, to help those of you experiencing issues, we have setup a support page (https://www.flightsimulator.com/known-issues/) with up-to-the-minute updates on issue tracking/investigation, work-arounds, and solutions. Also, check out our new Twitter handle @MSFS_Support for server info and issue reports.

Also, to add on what @Nyx1819 said regarding patches, here is a recent interview where Jorg Neumann mentions monthly feature updates, Bing map updates, VR implementation, etc. Roadmap discussion starts at 49:56
