The more personal but less forum CoC happy answer would be: They have four mondays in a week and on friday it’s a holiday. Or another analogy: It’s like shopping in Pond Inlet: A correctly working graphic card behind every tree.
the more factual reply: They have had a lot of quality problems in the past and when people reached out there was little attempt to get it resolved. Sure, there is of course plenty good material but the general rate of faulty hardware has been relatively high. I would like to say “was” but I can’t put my hand on that.
