Having a similar experience today. Tried doing the Jet Engine Rating, was greeted with an error message telling me the aircraft image wasn’t available. Tried to start the flight anyway, got stuck at the loading screen (“Jet Engine Rating - Certification”) for a long time (eventually, I had to kill the process).
Tried doing the ATPL rating. Same story. Tried loading the Vision Jet in Free Flight, MSFS got stuck trying to “stream” the aircraft. Lots of “Low Bandwidth” messages.
Ran an Ookla speedtest on my 250/40 DSL line, the result was 270/43, indicating that the problem isn’t between me and my ISP.
And now I can’t even fall back on MSFS2020. Well, at least I can watch other people fly on Twitch, so it’s not a global problem that’ll get Microsoft’s attention.
