If you’re directing that towards the OP, the OP makes and offers his liveries for free, and as stated, has submitted to the Marketplace.
However, there is a backlog in getting things approved and posted, and probably not much desire to get free things pushed through since MSFS does not make any revenue off of them.
The OP tried to share his liveries for free on the marketplace but is being ignored by MS/Asobo. I don’t know what you are talking about.
I also use 4simmers liveries on Xbox. It’s currently one of the few options you have on the Marketplace, which is already lacking in good features (I dream of the day they’ll put Simple Traffic on the Marketplace to correct the game’s horrible air traffic). I am sorry that it has reached this point and I hope that everything is resolved and that no one is harmed. It would be fair for you to receive something for it. Greetings from Brazil!
This is only a short thread, you may choose to read it all and then you’ll realise how misguided that comment was, and perhaps you may choose to revoke it.
As an xbox user I couldn’t disagree with that comment more, but there is no dislike button on the forum.
I know how it feels. Have had my liveries jacked multiple times.
What never happened to me though, was for someone to use my work, pass through multiple verification processes, which they claim are thorough, and get accepted on the official marketplace. This is atleast absurd.
If you’re certain it’s yours, fight for it. Someone shouldn’t be allowed to do such thing, and whoever runs the marketplace shouldn’t be left unpunished.
This thread is sbout that the stuff he sells is stolen and he has no right to sell it. How selfish can you be to come here and say something like that? Pulling it from the store, till the issue is resolved, is the only rightful thing to do right now.
I tried to share my work for free on marketplace, but it is MS/Asobo who refused it.
Btw, I am under conversation with 4simmers to solve this issue, trying to keep livery pack for xbox users too. I never said that I want to remove them all on marketplace, all I said is to protect my right on my work.

And conversation is not done yet, but it seems like wrong artist(not sure I can call him/her artist rather than thief) has wronged both me and 4simmers, so if our conversation end constructively, I hope that you can see these packs on marketplace again, without issue this time
But isn´t buying your own digital arts a seal of quality? 
Ever so slightly off-topic. Can I just say here to all the freeware creators out there, what you do in spending hours, days months of your own time to give stuff to the community is admirable. It’s only now having moved from FSX on PC to Xbox, and currently no freeware how appreciative I was of the hundreds of quality additions that improved the experience.

Not quite. You already have a copyright on anything you produce that is your artwork. It doesn’t need to be explicit, only proven it was your creation.
4simmers was probably taking the chance you’re too busy to catch them. It can be a full time job to catch the cheats.
First I would consider it an honour when my mods would haha… let´s call it “inspire” developers (by adding my files.)
But of course I would get a serious bad mood if someone would become a millionaire because of my idea or my work, so in the end it´s a matter of money and serious jealousy.
And I got bashed for suggesting it was wrong to sell liveries on the marketplace for free aircraft and take advantage of Xbox users who can’t download free liveries from Flightsim.to (because they claimed 4simmer put in the work and deserves to be paid).
And now we find out this same person actually stole what they were selling. Glad you caught them and called them out. Hope you make money from this, if not, demand them taken down and hopefully everyone who paid for these gets a refund and 4simmer gets nothing going forward. You do have a good attitude about this, I don’t think I would if I were you.
You guys (4simmers need to learn how to respond to emails) I sent one about two weeks ago regarding an issue downloading the Special Livery Pack and not heard anything back. Very poor.
But there must be a way for us Xbox users to get our liveries (paid or free, I don’t really care that much). I am very disappointed in 4simmers and absolutely disgusted about their behavior, but the liveries from them were on another level compared to the few other creators out there.
I hope someone can fill the gap they left behind.
You better read my thread, I already mentioned that my purpose is not remove all liverypacks from marketplace. I am under conversation with 4simmers because of that.
I know. But I’m taking about future projects. They mentioned they were working on other livery packs(747 cargo etc, as well as updates for existing packs).
By the way, if they have to remove their packages, I assume that owners of those packages are not affected.
Looks like someone got the message as the 4simmer liveries are no longer available on the Marketplace.
Read the thread, he (4simmers) let them pull from the store till they have a solution and investigated the issue.
