Since release I have had an issue with my Weight & Balance menu. It shows my total weights as something very low. This example is on the B747-8. See screenshots below:

Just checked, mine reads correct according to the flight_model.cfg. Try without any mods in your Community folder. Also, if you have any UI mods in the Official folders, try restoring the original files.
