Hallo, after the LONG update to SU7 yesterday, everything worked. This morning, loading up it stucks and says:
“You are lacking essential packages to execute MSFS. Update the application and re-try”…
I have update the XBOX app, the Microsoft Store app but stiil stucked and un-able to upload MSFS…what should I do?
(I have the Premium Deluxe Edition)…could you pls help?

Just had exactly same problem - I had added back my Addons folder contents. Removed them all and now seems to have stopped the error and is now loading.
Yeah, unfortunately some things in the community folder are causing this. I use some addons for VR windows like PDF reader, METAR etc. One of these, I have not yet established which, is causing this error for me.
All you can do is re-introduce community items until it fails and then backtrack.

Just emptied all the files from Community folder and now it works…
Exactly the same for me too so removed the metar panel as above and all seems to be okay now.
I was beginning to panic as a full reinstall takes the best part of a day…
