I am really missing a good flight school like the one in FSX with Rod Machado, where you can graduate Licences like PPL and CPL and get certificates

Not likely.
Apparently he and Microsoft don’t really get along anymore, and he’s also kind of at odds with the FAA right now about training and testing standards. So he’s not likely to put himself out there, nor is he likely to be invited to at the moment.
Additionally, as MSFS is aiming to be a more global sim, I think they’re going to stick to fundamentals of flight and not focus on any one country’s standards.
(For reference on the FAA stuff - Rod's Letter to the FAA and ACS Committee Members is an old article, but it accurately captures the sentiment I’ve seen in more recent talks he’s given)

I would welcome R.M.'s tutorials being ported to MS2020 or MS2024. I would go through them all again, even if nothing changed except the flight models and scenery (but please leave his voice 
),

I would love to see an in-depth flight school like the one in FSX. Whether it’s Rod Machado or someone else. Unfortunately I don’t expect we’ll get any more than the same basic tutorials from 2020.
