Thank you for sharing but you seem to have a PC problem that will not get better (at some point) on its own. Reading the threads in the forum, using the search function or opening a thread in the appropriate forum to ask for may help you if you are not willing to give any info about your issue.

I share your amazement about how good this sim is compared to the other sims and am very happy that you are happy with the game performance. Do you have any other pics that you can share or do you first want help to fix your issue? I watch 13-year-olds who can cope with the sim, their PC’s and settings. I could ask them for advice if you want.
