as im not able to get the icao forum work, i take to chance to ask here for help
i had to look something up in the MTL Installer und most of the packages are flagged with the remark “to be removed”
My question is not what the meaning is, its more a question of “WHY to be removed…?” … i dont want to reinstall all these packages… i dont understand the need behind … never had any problems… (i never removed anything… but as the question exists for years now, the moment of asking has come now 
Even when i delete the Folder and download a new package, once MTL Installer is closed and opened again, the recetly downloaded packages are flagged with “to be removed”… what does this tool behaves like “one chance, no restart”
