Japan Update release time

Maybe they don’t want to get people’s hopes up then hit a snag, and then face the wrath of a thousand flying baby bottles launched at them. Best to play it safe.

Are they actually releasing it in Japan a day later? Or are people confused by the timezones and not realizing that a release on the 29th in the US and 30th in Japan might still be simultaneous?

If my memory is correct, the last release was around 4 PM UTC time. I guess we will see.

super disappointing. they said the 29th but that hasn’t happened.

Conversely, it’s not even 7:00 am yet in the US Central time zone.

Jeez, people, relax! It’s like no one has ever played any game that had a worldwide audience and an anticipated patch. FS2020 is not special in this regard. In fact, that’s why many game devs don’t publish release dates in advance - they just go live with an update.

ASOBO is Japanese word and means: “Let’s play the game”

Maybe I’m wrong but I think today is the 29th isn’t it?

it’s 11pm now so effectively it has.
