Your CDI is probably set to GPS instead of VLOC (which was for me the case after the update, but once changed it remembers the last setting).
If you’re using the GNS430/GNS530, just press the CDI button to change it to VLOC.
If you’re using the GNS100, either switch to the GNS430 and do the above or click the hidden clickspot just below the Autopilot coupler (the label where NAV1 - OFF - NAV2 is written vertically) which allows you to change the CDI as well since the GNS100 doesn’t support this.
