LNM says that ZOL is indeed a VORDME. I’ll try it after work.
I’m trying to find an example right now, and there were several in the UK that switch from DME to either VORTAC or TACAN, depending on which nav data you are using.
Found one: VLN.
With Navigraph disabled, it appears as DME only.
Enable Navigraph and it becomes TACAN:
But it will only operate as a DME.
