Joystick sensitivity settings opens only an empty window

I’m using Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. When I go to joystick sensitivity settings to adjust the sensitivity, it only opens a window that is empty. This used to work earlier, perhaps this is a bug that came with the latest patch?
