I have MSFS version 1.17.3.0, but the July 15th, 2021 Development has not download for me.

1.17.3.0. is the latest version.
July 15th was a development update by Asobo/MS about what’s going on, what to expect and when.

The next MSFS version will be availabe on the 27th.
