Thanks for putting this together!

Ok, stay with me here, this might be a radical thought, but have you considered using two fingers? :innocent:

Timestamps are awesome. Thank you for making the effort.

This kind of one-upmanship has no place here! You keep doing this and Smothery won’t type anything at all for the next live stream!

So there would be an official transcript coming out tomorrow? Thanks for your effort putting the timeline together!

I do appreciate this - thank you. Very useful

Probably not tomorrow but Jayne normally arranges for a transcript to be posted a few days after the Q&A.

I thought that was largely a waste of time last night, items rushed, and as usual vague answers to questions asked. I shall think twice before watching future ones from now on.

Agree it was the worst one yet. Usually they are quite good and enjoyable, and there were a few nuggets of info last night but nowhere near as good as they usually are.

Strange, personally I thought it was quite informative, especially the limitations regards multiplayer model matching (I tend to fly in 30+ groups), nice warm feeling re VR, UK update, Africa in the pipeline…. all good

Only thing worth noting was the UK update , everything else was meh :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

And that 2020 players will not see 2024 players. So we all need to move over to see each other in group flights.

I’m pleased we will have pg Dublin on next Monday, 22nd of July, at last!

So fixing the multiplayer limitation is because of a memory (read as XBOX) limitation. What happened to coding differences for different platforms when required. So as a PC user I can’t have the multiplayer model matching fixed because Xbox can’t handle the potential fix. This is not how handling differences between the 2 platforms was explained before. This to me is a clear example of Xbox holding PC back. I can’t arrive at any other conclusion based on what was said.

I thought I wasted my time watching this last night :frowning: Kind of dissapointed

DLSS question…It was asked in March and promised an update, and yet, we don’t know aside there were some sideeffect, the one guy that can apparently speak to it is on holiday. So no preparation again feels like he tried to reach him 5 mins before stream and discovered he was not there. So only one guy knows the status of this? There is no bugtracker where updates can be looked up? Well I hope he/she has a nice holiday and comes back to get this done. We are promised more information during next stream. I’m not holding my breath personally.

VR, extremely vague answer as always, it’s a “platform”, not one specific thing/bug/new feature was mentioned. Still I guess it’s nice to know we are not completely forgotten.

Rest seemed to be just discusson of xbox limitations and new worldupdate.

Hopefully we’ll dive into some details again in the future, probably not much happening until september though by the looks of it.

Agreed. Shorter, at least two items of delay, vague replies. The better ones seem to be beginning in September.

Disappointing that Belfast is not being upgraded. Flew over Belfast and tried to find the Titanic dock and other items, and looks quite poor.

It’s the same answer he’s given in past Q&As, again nothing about actual bug fixes or actual features just more empty words to provide “hope” but I’m way past that now, details are essential and his response in a past Q&A about the Shutdown Bug is evidence that he doesn’t fully understand what we’re asking time & time again, it’s frustrating as a user to be constantly blocked off on VR topics from the developers, understand what we’re saying please.
