Still Feedback Snapshot nearly 2 months out of date…

I sure love todays’s screenshot.

It is so evocative of a much earlier time in history.

Great job!

Screenshots are fantastic!

Every now and then the community responds very strongly to a great theme. Big kudos to my colleague @Jummivana for choosing last week’s challenge theme!

and now their development roadmap needs updated, again, too. SU3 isn’t happening in July. sigh.

The marketplace refuses to let me buy anything, after i click buy the words “please wait” pop up and i get a never ending loading screen. I restarted the sim 7 times…I just wanna buy the S76 lol

@SeedyL3205 Can it be that we are missing a mp backlog for msfs2024? Also the backlog total says 337 items, and when I sum the totals of each table it is 466 items.

But hey, the screenshot challenge was fantastic. That’s what’s important in all this. So all is well.

I guess.

I understand the design and the economics of it, but I still can’t get behind the fact that certain developers keep flooding the marketplace with low quality products. It’s an especially jarring look when PMDG finally releases their 777 line, and at the same time there’s a “professional” version of the “same aircraft” for a dime. I wonder if more prominent developers consider this as actually damaging to their business, and where this leaves the marketplace in the long term.

It sometimes even feels like some are deliberately hoping their product will be confused with the high end version

AFAIK the marketplace has been extraordinarily profitable to PMDG, I don’t expect it will change with the 777 series. Even if the average rating between the two products is the same

They did mention in the livestream that these take a lot of time to keep updated. I can understand not wanting to provides updates every week. But they should at least put in the time to provide a public monthly update.

And please also include the FS2020 bug list, which hasn’t been updated since June 27, 2024 and hasn’t been included since August 2024.

totally agree; especially for MSFS trying to attract new simmers who don’t know PMDG from a “low quality company”. I get the onus has to be on the consumer, in this day and age, but MSFS’s marketplace has zero credibility in my opinion.
