Junker JU52 not showing up

i purchased the airplane through STEAM last night.

the charge went through but in game shows the airplane was not purchased.
i have rebooted multiple times since then. still no plane.

i put in a ticket the MSFS but have not heard back. does anyone know how long this takes to figure this out so i get the plane i paid for. very irritating to buy something and cant use it.

Same problem for me… not clear how to proceed and feel I’ve been mugged right now.

my issue was taken care of this morning.

i summitted a ticket Saturday night through MSFS web site.

then this morning the issue was taken care of and i now have the plane. it probably took a few days because of the weekend i guess. but all good now.

Was that using Zendesk? There was something I read about waiting 3 days and sending a receipt from Steam, is this what you did? thanks!

Not sure if it was zendesk. Not sure what that is. But I went to SUPPORT. Filled out a ticket.

And yes. You need to have your steam info and transaction ID number. I explained what happened and submitted the ticket.
