what I am now curious about, since I am running on so many performance issues on 2024, is if future updates will be for both the platforms or 2020 supports will cease
Thank you for your response , Marty Do you have plan to support new flight plan in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 ? As a Xbox user I willing to pay for upgrade
I did just the same. Spent my money on the JF RJ instead of 2024 - I’ll give that a month or two to settle out and get an update or two before jumping in.
Having gotten back into the 146 recently and really enjoying it, I thought this would be a good step into a semi-glass cockpit. Haven’t flown it yet, but will dive in this weekend and learn the differences.
I almost did the same. I was weighing MS2024 vs a new aircraft. Ended up getting a PMDG 737 and am getting the RJ next. I had a sneaking suspicion 2024 would be half baked at this point.
Every morning I log onto JustFlight and hover over the buy now. Even though I would get the discount in the MP, I’d rather just give JF full money because they always knock it out of the park

So you will never buy MSFS 2024 even after the bugs have been ironed out? I don’t really understand this argument. I bought MSFS 2024 day one but I’m mainly flying on MSFS 2020 right now because of VATSIM and the bug free experience. However, I know I will get into 2024 once the bugs have been fixed and the sim is VATSIM compatible. It’s just so much prettier and the flight dynamics are way better.
I bought both the AVRO and MSFS 2024. It will be awesome to fly it in the new sim once it’s compatible with VATSIM.
Didn’t say never, but it seems to me 24 needs quite some time to ripe. And it depends on whether they open 24 for modding and how good the concept of streaming everything will work out.
So wait and see and enjoy the Avro for the time being.
We’re aiming to release the v1.1 update for 2020 tomorrow. As usual, there’ll be a delay before the Marketplace version is processed and release, and it seems that might be longer than usual at the moment due to the 2024 release.

The v1.1 update is now available for our customers. Stores like SimMarket will be receiving the new installer later today. Unfortunately there’s a bit of a backlog with the Marketplace following the release of MSFS 2024, so we can’t provide a timescale for release on there yet.
