No, it’s constant at all phases of flight. I’ve just submitted it as a ticket.
I’ve also no had two occurrences of the radios just losing all power during flight. It is impossible to get them working unless you quit out of the game and start again.
I’ve also just reinstalled it to see if that makes any difference.
