Nice one. I have to admit I stopped flying this plane soon after I bought it, mainly because it does not have some nice FS2024 features like working wipers. In my last flights I had to taxi with external view because I could not see anything in rainy weather.
I installed the v.2.1 for 2020 and 2024 but notice the .json file still says “2.0”. ??
They sometimes forget to update manifes.json. Check \justflight-aircraft-f28\ContentInfo\justflight-aircraft-f28\version.txt
Thanks. I wondered when the updated versions showed up in Add-ons linker as “2.0”.
The correct version number is always shown in the top left corner of the EFB tablet aircraft app.

Thank you Just Flight Developers! You guys are making the best planes. for me there is no Other airliner besides the BAE146 and Fokker 28 that are in every ascept remarkable. I Love the pilot call outs, the Sound during take off toll that gets louder after speeding up and the sound when hitting the runway during landing, the system depth, the uns… you Guys even made perfect tooltips, that display only that are not readable.
I have maybe one wish to perfect cabin Simulation. Maybe you can implement during Taxi a cabin safety annoucement. This can trigger maybe when both engines are fired up and after releasing parking brake

Thanks for the great feedback, I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying our aircraft.
The upcoming F70/100 will be the first of our aircraft to include an automated cabin announcement system, with 13 customisable announcements that include a safety briefing.
Following that release, we hope to bring that feature back to aircraft such as the F28.

Hi all,
We’ve just released the F28 v2.2 upgrade on our website, which is free-of-charge for existing owners and can be downloaded via your account. The upgrade is in the process of being sent to other stores and has already been submitted to the MSFS 2020 and 2024 Marketplace (PC and Xbox).

One small thing I’ve noticed - the map zoom buttons don’t work for me - I can’t click on them (2024)
Edit - Map zoom works if I put the EFB in the window but not down in it’s default position. Maybe that is intentional.
Wipers still don’t work properly.
Correct, MSFS 2024 wiper functionality has not yet been added but is coming soon. The changelog breaks down exactly what’s included in the free v2.2 upgrade.

Shame, it’s what I was waiting for. I thought they work by default in all planes native to FS2024. I hope it will be added sooner or later.

Probably a little bug. When the EFB is in the lower position the clickspot for the zoom-out is a little above the minus symbol. The zoom-in (clicking on plus) works fine for me even with the EFB in the lower position.

I just finished a KLM Cityhopper flight over from EHAM to EGPF. Thank you JF for the free upgrade to native FS2024, it’s great to have it available again. I forgot how enjoyable the F28 is. It’s been a while, so I had to revisit to my quick start notes again otherwise I might still be in EHAM!

Cannot get it to load in 2024. Been waiting for 5 minutes now. It used to load fast. Beta4 18.
