I had the same problem. Transferring the 2020 MP purchase to Contrail did the trick. Now I update the plane as soon as an update is released through Contrail
Last week we approved the PC version of the Hawk T1 (v2.1) for release on MSFS 2024 Marketplace, so hopefully that’ll happen this week.
We are expecting to have the Xbox version available for testing early this week, as well as the MSFS 2020 Marketplace versions (PC and Xbox), so it’s possible those might also be released later this week, if testing goes OK.

Looks like the latest SU Beta has broken the throttle in the Hawk
I can’t even move it with the mouse and my previously working profile (for Warthog throttle and/or Logitech TQ) do not work now.
EDIT: My mistake - it is showing LICENSE ERROR on the Tablet. Which I don’t really get because I did install the new update a few days ago and activated it. Do I need to re-install it again to get rid of that message? Never had to before. I did install the latest SU2 Beta patch today. Could that have knocked it out?
I’ll be booting up the sim this morning for a flight in the hawk so I’ll check. In the meantime, you mentioned installing the latest hawk update, did you definitely download the 2024 version?
EDIT: Latest SU2 Beta installed this morning and v2.1 of the Hawk. No licence issue and the throttle works fine with my warthog, mouse etc.
Yeah, I had to the reinstall the Hawk to get rid of a newly developed License Error too. Perhaps the SU2 update has purged the folder where the license is stored.
How can I enable full-screen PFD mode with the new G3X GPS? Will the features not enabled in the menu be added in subsequent free updates, or can they be obtained through a paid service?
Re Marketplace Hawk T1/A Purchase.
Hi everybody.
I have been thinking of purchasing the just flight Hawk T1/A on the msfs 2020 marketplace. It is on sale at a great Canadian price, $29.99 CDN.
If I purchase the Hawk T1/A on the msfs 2020 marketplace will that include the msfs 2024 versions and updates as they are released? So I should be able to fly the Hawk in msfs 2024 right away.
Thanks, Rick.
It’s on sale at just flight. I recommend you get it there. I’ve given up on MP. And many others have too. Updates are so slow. And the backlog in 2024 makes it worse. I made a mistake of buying the Hawk form MP. Thankfully I transfered it to Contrail.
If I have a way to but outside MP I always do. I’ve regretted MP purchases so any times I’m never doing it again unless no other choice exists.
As for the plane itself, Hawk is excellent. You won’t be sorry
Thanks for the reply.
I don’t buy on marketplace unless I have to and have only bought 2 3rd party products there (Chancellor and Spitfire) plus 3 microsoft marketplace exclusive aircraft (an225, atr, caribou). I agree with all your reasons about avoiding the marketplace.
However with the Hawk the marketplace price $30 CDN difference is nearly $20 plus currency exchange fee with just flight ($35 US = $48 CDN). Which is almost another whole aircraft at the current marketplace sales.
You were able to transfer a marketplace purchase to contrail?
Yea, you can transfer JustFlight products (and few others) from MP to Contrail. Takes like a day or so. From there on the plane is in Contrail. Just remember to uninstall MP version once transfer goes through.
Hi all. The Hawk T1 for PC was released on the MSFS 2024 Marketplace last night, our first release on there. The Xbox version, as well as the Vulcan for PC and Xbox, will be releasing on there soon, followed by the three PA28s.
All existing Hawk T1 MSFS 2020 Marketplace owners should have access to the new MSFS 2024 Marketplace version free-of-charge.
