I find this in a lot of aircraft not just JF ones. With nose up trim I get almost none of the erratic ground behaviour that people whine about incessantly on these forums.
I am not sure what is going on in the ground roll but the game seems to treat the aerodynamics differently before and after rotation and the transition at rotation is particularly weird.
