It’s different.
I think the ground handling variables make the weathervaning better once you’ve attained a certain speed, but make it tougher at low/no speed. We don’t slide all over the runway as much during the takeoff/landing roll, but it’s hard to taxi.
This seems to be the case across the board where it’s applied, especially the first time it’s activated on a particular aircraft. I think some
folks have had luck tweaking the settings.
