Since roughly November last year we’ve had constant crashes! Sometimes a few minutes into playing, sometimes hours into a flight, sometimes (not often) no crash at all. Tried adjusting fan curves etc. Any suggestions? At this point this sim is almost unusable! No over clocking. Prior to last November the sim worked fine then out of the blue constant crashes all of the time!

For me, it took backing up all my important data and reinstalling Windows fresh (not keeping previous files). That finally got rid of my crashes and stutters after numerous hours wasted troubleshooting.
It was the nuclear option, but if I’d just done it earlier the few hours it took would have saved a ton of headaches.
Completed the full reinstallation of windows and msfs 2020. First flight, CTD 50 minutes in. Second flight CTD 1 hour and some change in.

Try turning off rolling cache. This solved my CTD issues.
Have you been able to solve this issue? Because for some months now I have been able to complete only one flight without the sim crashing.The CTD happen always during approach for me.
