Brief description of the issue:
When Altitude Hold is engage via the ALT button on the KAP 140, the reference altitude is not displayed on the unit.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Do not set a reference altitude prior to take off. Take off. Turn on auto pilot. Select a heading and set HDG mode. Use VS mode to climb at a reasonable rate. Climb to an altitude you would like to hold at. When you arrive at your desired altitude, press ALT. Note the display still reads 0.
Note: This bug may exist in earlier versions of the sim. However, I did not encounter it until now.
