I couldn’t wait, so did a quick circuit around DFW in the C172. Started in the B gates, taxied over to 17C/35C for takeoff (since that was always problematic) via the Z bridge. No potholes or craters, and the ground markings were all there and not blurry. Came back around and landed on 35L again all seemed good. I also have a couple of fs.to items in place for DFW airport and those seemed ok.
The only thing (I think) that I noticed was that the new AA headquarters building (south of the field) seemed to look different… I think it is back to the “under construction” look. But for a working airport, I can live with that. Will keep an eye out for any side effects, but so far so good.
