KDTO is only showing Rwy 18L-36R (with correct signage), but the parallel runway is not.

When starting there, ATC even states “18L” for my takeoff runway, but puts you where 18R would be. Misidentified the actual 18L as a taxiway. Only one runway shows up on the World Map as well.
