Keyboard Commands list and Joystick commands?

Hi there,
Can anyone please tell me where I can get keyboard commands list and joystick commands? So that I can print a list. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For keyboard there is a list here

For Joysticks it will be different for every type of stick/controller.
Just assign the buttons on your controller as you prefer them from within the sim controller setup page
