Keyboard Issue MSFS

My keyboard works fine when I am not in MSFS. However, when I am in the sim the keyboard will not type the corresponding letters. For example an x is a 1 and a m is a d etc. I have no idea how to fix this within the sim. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • To be very specific, you just need to head over to the in-game OPTIONS > GENERAL.
  • Click on MISC > Under the LANGUAGE category, set your preferred language.
  • Press F11 or APPLY & SAVE.
  • Quit the Microsoft Flight Simulator game > Re-launch the game to apply changes.

Hi. That didn’t fix the problem at all. When I went to the the Language category, English was already selected, which is the correct choice. Still have the same issue and I did restart the sim. No clue why this is happening.
